Our story

Welcome to our corner of memories, laughter, and lifelong friendship.

We are a group of friends bound by a shared history that began nearly 50 years ago at the Indian School in Muscat, nestled in the heart of the Sultanate of Oman. It was the vibrant 1970s and 80s—a time of innocence, ambition, and unforgettable moments. From morning assemblies to last-period bell rings, our bond was forged in classrooms, on sports fields, backstage, and in libraries.

Among us were the bookworms who devoured encyclopedias like novels, the artists who brought life to every blank canvas, the footballers who lit up the field, the athletes who raced with grit, and the orators who could hold an entire audience in awe. We were different in talents but united in spirit—with dreams far bigger than our schoolbags.

As life took us across the globe in pursuit of professional qualifications and careers, our paths diverged—but our hearts never really left Muscat.

After school, we dived into the world of television, bonding over classics like “Mind Your Language,” The Incredible Hulk, Bigfoot and Wildboy, The A-Team, Eight is Enough, and Space: 1999. These shows weren’t just part of our evenings—they were part of our identity. We quoted the characters, reenacted scenes, and waited eagerly for the next episode.

Our hearts also beat for the giants of the sporting world. Our childhood heroes—Pelé, Paolo Rossi, Michel Platini, Kevin Keegan, Björn Borg, Ivan Lendl, Jimmy Connors, and John McEnroe—were more than athletes. They were icons who inspired our dreams, shaped our conversations during recess, and gave us role models to admire. Whether it was football on the playground or tennis with wooden rackets, we played with passion because of them.

As life took us across the globe in pursuit of professional qualifications and careers, our paths diverged—but our hearts never really left Muscat.

Thanks to Facebook and WhatsApp, we reconnected after decades, sharing memories, old photographs, and hearty laughs like no time had passed at all. This website is a celebration of that rare and beautiful thing—true friendship that stands the test of time.

Here, you’ll find our stories, reunions, throwback photos, and tributes to the school and the country that shaped us. The Sultanate of Oman gave us more than just a place to study—it gave us a home and a foundation for life.

This is our digital reunion hub—where the past meets the present, and friendships continue to grow.

Here’s to the laughter we shared, the dreams we chased, and the memories we’re still making.

Welcome to our story.
